II. Client deposit and margin account of AXC
Customers transfer money to AXC’s escrow account according to the following information:
- Account holder: Công ty Cổ phần giao dịch hàng hóa Amber
- Account number:

III. WITHDRAWAL FROM CLIENT’S TRADING ACCOUNT
Customers send an email requesting withdrawal to customer service to tkgd@axc.vn, about wanting to withdraw money with the following content:

- Withdrawal orders must be made by the account holder himself.
- When making a withdrawal request, the Client must check the following information to ensure a fast withdrawal:
- The available balance in the account can be withdrawn to make orders accordingly.
- Canceling pending orders such as stop-loss orders, take-profit orders, pending buy orders, pending sell orders, so that the Accounting Department can approve withdrawal orders quickly. After making a withdrawal, the Client can reset it normally.
- Processing Time:
- From 30 minutes to 2 hours for withdrawal orders under 1 billion (VND)
- From 24 hours to 48 hours for withdrawal orders over 1 billion (VND)
- Execution time: From Monday to Friday (except holidays, Tet and as announced by MXV):
- Morning: From 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Afternoon: From 13:00 to 16:30.
Outside of the above time frame, customers’ withdrawal orders are saved on the system and executed on the next trading day.
